I used the MSM, three-3 x a day. After a month or two, I was at the hairdresser getting my hair done, and she commented that I had more hair per square inch than I had the last time. I knew that my hair and nails had improved in texture and length, but I was pleasantly surprised about "more" hair.
I stopped taking it for some reason and noticed that more hair was in my brush in the morning. I have begun again and very little hair shows up in my brush now.
I started taking this product just for the anti-aging properties with a "why not" attitude. I think it is great! and I will continue from now on.
