When my eczema breaks out I take 5 Black Current Oil 3-4 times a day and 3 Flax Seed Oil 3-4 times daily. Then once it is under control I take 1 of each 2-3 times a day. I find that when I eat foods that are high in "bad" fat and grease I have a lot harder time keeping my skin from breaking out. My skin starts out with little bumps (almost like blisters) that itch extremely bad then they start to weep and I will end up with huge cracks in my skin that bleed & itch horribly. If I keep up on my maintenance doses I seldom have a problem.
