I use the Pro-G-Yam Cream when I have cramping during ovulation, just rub it where it hurts and it works like a charm. I've used it when I had neck pain, probably inflammation from a previous injury that's acts up sometimes, just rubbed it on the area that hurt and I was amazed how well it worked. I also use it on pimples. Takes the inflammation right out very quickly.
