- Sinus Spray -

I use saline solution nasal spray (available everywhere cheap), then put one drop of Tei Fu Oils, and one drop of Tea Tree Oil in it. Shake well and try it - you can add more, a drop at a time, but be sure to try each time before adding more. It's powerful stuff. If you lay with your head off the edge of the bed and spray this in, it will go into the sinuses.
