I have a client that was very depressed. She had worked for the navy and was exposed to toxins there. I suggested AD-C. A month later she was greatly improved and her husband was happy because (excuse the language) she was not acting like a mean bxxxx any more. Of course he said this to me with her not there. AD-C supports the liver and the liver has a lot to do with anger emotions. AD-C may also be used while still on meds for depression so it is usually my first choice.
