I have found that any age child can take the Nature's Chi. The younger the child, the less they need. A friend gave her four year old one capsule the other day and the little one went to sleep for a while. If it puts them to sleep, that is too much. She just needs to give her less. Maybe a fourth or half capsule. Nature's Chi works the opposite on someone that is truly ADD. It usually is used to give energy, and will do so for a "normal" person. I would continue to nourish the nervous system with some minerals.
