I have used Cycles (*) for two days now and had no hot flashes last night, the second night (after 5 years of severe nightly hot flashes). I diffused it 3 times for 20 minutes during the day (in the Diffuser) and applied it to my abdomen (7 drops in 1/2 ounce massage oil) at bedtime. I did take 1 Melatonin Extra and 3 HY-C plus the usual Pro-G-Yam cream, products which I have used for several days.
