I am so impressed with what Bergamot can do for depression. I experienced this for several weeks and just couldn't seem to shake it. I used Bergamot and it was gone within hours! Here'e what I did, I combined 7 drops of Bergamot in 1/2 ounce of Massage Oil. I massaged on my neck (was trying to get a sore throat, also) and on the palms of my hands 3 times daily. Also ran it through the Diffuser for 3 hours. I LOVED the smell, which indicates it is really good for me. I only used it for 3 days total.
