I give the Recovery to my son after he plays outside. If it is super hot or he is out a long time, I bring some out to him and then give him more when he comes in. Hubby and I use it after doing things like mowing the lawn or walking around the block (for me). We all notice a difference if we do not have our orange drink after activity. We are not without it. I always buy 2 cans at a time.
