I was fortunate enough to do a trial with the Metabostart. Even though I had not been able to use the Metabomax without getting that jittery feeling, with the combination of products in the Metabostart I had no problems whatsoever. The benefit was that I lost 11 pounds during the 2-week program and 9 more in the next 3 weeks. I lost 2 jean sizes and I am still loosing. It's a great product. I recommend it to almost everybody.
