I rubbed the Peppermint Oil (also comes in 5 ml size) on my distended abdomen. Within minutes, the tummy flattened, the gas disappeared, low back pain subsided, and I'm no longer in misery! Wow! Dear God, if I had known this years ago, I would have been applying it since I was 12!
My grandmother used to make peppermint tea. It helped, BUT NOT LIKE THE OIL! Now that I can't digest anything (due to the ulcer), and taking the oil internally would only make things worse, this is truly a miracle! Night and day!!!
