- Sprained Ankle Soak -
I sprained my ankle several months ago, and found that soaking it in water to which I added a cup of Bentonite, Hydrated took the swelling out. I have a lady who broke her wrist and due to severe allergies to all kinds of drugs she refused surgery. She wasn't having much success with Physical therapy, (after getting wrist out of cast she was unable to move her fingers or wrist) so I suggested she might soak her wrist in the Bentonite, and I gave her a cup. She soaked her hand and wrist for 2 days and on the 3rd day she was able to start moving her fingers. Also helped with the swelling.
