I had an acute sinus infection with lots of pressure and congestion in my head, even fuzzy thinking. I used ALJ (nine all at once, and then nine per day) and the following day I had a massive amount of sinus drainage and was constantly dripping! The pressure and congestion in my head felt like butter melting away. The ALJ (also available in <%B>liquid worked REALLY well! Combining it with one half teaspoon of salt per day has completely cleaned out my sinuses. I have not had any sinus trouble since then.
