- Starting Menopause -

I'm in the beginning stages of menopause and have been taking FC w/ Dong Quai, 4 capsules a day and during the rougher times 6 a day. It keeps me on an even keel with a much better frame of mind and has shortened the duration of my cycles. I noticed I haven't had the headaches either. My husband has noticed I'm much calmer on it. I'll be keeping it around for a while I think!!
