I took the Lifestyle Analysis (*) books along to the office one day and went over it with a few people during break - it doesn't take long to fill it out. I got several orders. One guy ordered a Tiao He Cleanse since his worst system was the intestinal system. He said he was doing fine on it, but after he was finished he told us that he'd lost 10 pounds on the cleanse. He wasn't dieting, so he was really excited. Well, when I told him that I had read that most folks carry 20-30 lbs. of fecal matter in them, he was ready to do another packet of the cleanse.
