With the headaches I experienced in high school and the menstrual cramps, my physcian told me to take as much Advil, Tylenol, Aleve, etc. as I wanted to get rid of the pain. The warnings of overdosage, she said didn't matter. In fact, with the cramps, that was what she told me to do. I was to OD so I would fall asleep and hopefully sleep through much of the pain. And, as much of the country, I followed her instructions like a dumb lamb. However, once I did a little bit of cleansing and began taking APS II, I am able to function and the discomfort disappeared.
