My daughter (5) woke up Monday morning with croup and her voice was very hoarse. That seal-like bark that annoys your children. I've become an expert at recognizing this since my children seemed to have it a lot when they were a little younger.
Anyway, before I sent her to school, I sprayed 3 squirts of Natures Fresh in her mouth toward the thoat. When she came home from school, her voice was normal and the cough was gone. I sprayed her again before bed that night. The croup cough has not returned since.
