- Lavender Oil for Heel Pain -

I had an extremely painful heel spur that tore the cartilage in that area. Of course the doctors wouldn't do anything for me due to my allergies to all anti -whatevers. So last night I rubbed straight Lavender onto the back of my foot and around the ankle. Guess what!!!!! No pain today so far. Wonderful stuff.
