My mom was near surgery and she went on Glucosamine at 3 a day (yes, it's expensive, but it works), MSM/Glucosamine Cream and B complex (also comes in tablets) (4 a day) with extra B6 (6 a day) to heal the nerves and Yucca (6 a day) for the inflammation. She never had the surgery. This was program for 3 weeks and then we could lower the amounts by 1 a day for a week, except for Glucosamine, then 1 less each day the next week until she now maintains on the Glucosamine and the MSM/glucosamine cream only. It worked.
