I have used the Oregon Grape liquid and am still using it both internally and directly applied to my elbows and knees where I have psoriasis. I have noticed a BIG difference since I have started using it, I haven't had a flare up since I started, no real big time itching or bleeding. When I do itch a little, I just put some on... The skin is not perfect, slighly pink, but it is not peeling and it has a much better appearance....
