A friend from church just had this problem and herbs helped her. This is what she took: 8 Yucca per day, 6 Alfalfa per day (also comes in large and ATC Concentrated (*)), Healing AC Cream applied several times per day
Within a few days she noticed much improvement. She is maintaining at 3/day of each of the herbs and will up the amounts if she feels it coming on again.
