I was on blood pressure pills for 18 years. I wanted to get off them for the side effect reasons. It took me 1 1/2 years to wean off them. I exercise, drink lots of water, eat healthy and take CoQ10 30mg, (also comes in 10mg and 100mg capsules) Garlic - High Potency, Hawthorn Berries, Magnesium, and Capsicum as well as High Potency Grapine and Vitamin E w/ Selenium.
