- Sprained Ankle -

I fell yesterday and twisted my ankle - it hurt so bad it made me nauseated, the first thing I did was grab the Nature's Fresh bottle and sprayed it on - the pain subsided rather quickly. After 15 minutes or so it came back so I sprayed it on again. The pain left and did not return. I had applied a bag of peas from the freezer also. This a.m. it is tender and sore but very little swelling, and very little bruising! I have twisted ankles before and usually have lots of swelling and bruising.
