I just finished the two week CleanStart program. WOW. I have had spastic colon for at least 6 years and this is the first time for as long as I can remember that I haven't been constipated for days at a time or then turned around and had terrible stomach cramps with diarhea. And believe it or not I have a bowel movement about 4 -5 five times a day. Almost after every time I eat. I feel like I am just starting to get cleaned out and really need to do another two week program. But I'm going to do the UltimateBuild first just to give my body a rest. I have felt a little under the weather these two weeks. Probably from all the toxins being stirred up in my body!!!!
