I can get allergy induced asthma periodically. When I do the %A>Breathe Free oil blend has worked exceptionally well for me. I put 3 or 4 drops in Herbal Trim lotion and rub into my chest. I also get great relief with BRN-AV, 4 at a time, as well as Lobelia Extract, either applied to my chest or 1/2 tsp in juice to swallow.
