My husband back "goes out" occasionally. He has had trouble off and on for years. I can't get him to take herbs on a regular basis, so when he is in pain, I mix some Lobelia Essence with some Massage Oil and rub him down real good with it. He is amazed that the spasms and pain go away almost immediately. I also use this for my athletic sons. They occasionally come home achy from a hard practice and now they ask for "mom's massage".
