- Knot in Inner Thigh -

A client who had a huge knot on the inner thigh near the groin area. It was as round as a half dollar and very deep. I had her put a little bit of Pau D Arco lotion on her finger tips, one drop of Lemon EO (moves the lymphatics) and rub all over and in that general area. Neither of us have a rebounder, so I told her to "jog" up the stairs and kind of stomp around the house as she did housework. She said that she put it on at least once a day. I saw her and the knot today. It is almost gone! There wasn't any puss, it just moved on through inside I guess. WOW!
