- Swollen Ankles -

My 89 yr old Grandmother has had troubles with swollen ankles for years. I put her on K-C and Gingko and Hawthorn Combo and had her use Rosemary essential oil (10 drops in 30 ml of massage oil). Within one week one ankle was completely normal and the other one was half way there.
