My son had tendonitis in his wrist, and this is what I gave him. Licorice Root (also available in ATC Concentrate form and in extract form) to stimulate his body's own steroids, Yucca for the inflammation, and Morinda Capsules (also available as Morinda Juice (32 oz.) and 16 oz size). After three to four days he gave me a great big hug because he was pain free and was able to use his wrist without an elastic bandage for support.
