I have been very pleased with the new PrimeForm Fitness Products. I have been using the Muscle Tone Protein Powder (*) half an hour before working out and I feel good throughout my entire workout. I also use the Free Amino Acids and feel that they are helping me build muscle. The Recovery sports drink works well to help balance my electrolytes after a workout. I also take the Super Antioxidant supplement daily and feel they help with recovery from free radical damage. When Nature's Sunshine Products (NSP) first introduced these products, I really began to notice other athletes and how some of them look old and worn out. I believe with the research NSP has done, the PrimeForm line will be helpful to anyone who wants to stay young and full of vitality. Exercise, the right diet, and supplements are the keys!
