The night before we were to leave to go to NY City I stumped my toe and it turned purple and was black and blue all along the bottom of my other toes. Well, I tried some of the new Nature's Phenyltol and I must say, the stuff works great! I took 4 at a time about every 3-4 hours and I was able to walk all over the city for the 3 days that I was there (pain free).
