- Hip Pain -

I am not sure what my hip pain originated from, but taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin completely eliminated it. I had been in such pain that I couldn't even walk (fairly sudden onset) or even roll over in bed. I think this is the better route to take. You are actually stimulating the body to repair the cartiledge in the hip rather than just killing the pain. The pain was gone with a very few days after starting to take 3 Glucosamine and 2 Chondroitin, twice daily. I now take it once daily and am doing fine.
