I have been using Chinese Red Rice Extract (Hong Qu), ( approx. 2 bottles). My cholesterol was 469!!! It is now 282. I did NOT include diet in trying to reduce my cholesterol. ( should have ..but didnt ) I think its WONDERFUL!
